Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Field Auditor for an automotive finance company covering dealerships throughout the Redwood City area. This is a mix of fieldwork and administrative auditing, requiring travel to local dealerships and hands-on verification of VINs and inventory.

A flexible part‑time role, about 15–30 hours per week, with a focus on independent fieldwork and accurate record documentation. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing inventory and documents.
• Ability to communicate professionally with dealership staff and management.
• Comfortable working in field environments outdoors and on various dealership surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned automotive dealerships to verify vehicle inventory and records.
• Physically walk dealership lots to locate and verify vehicles and VIN numbers.
• Verify inventory against dealership and finance company records.
• Review and authenticate dealer records and supporting documentation.
• Document sold, missing, damaged, or unverified vehicles.
• Record audit findings accurately using a mobile device.
