Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Field Auditor for an automotive finance company serving dealerships in the Tampa area. This part-time role blends administrative duties with on-site fieldwork at automotive dealerships.

You will travel to assigned dealerships to verify inventory and records, with a mix of office and field tasks. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, and you’ll work about 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.
Professional communication with dealership personnel.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible weekly schedule.
Comfortable working outdoors and around vehicles in varying weather and surfaces.

Responsibilities

Physically walk dealership lots to locate and verify vehicles and VIN numbers.
Verify vehicle inventory against dealership and finance company records.
Review and authenticate dealer records and supporting documentation.
Document sold, missing, damaged, or unverified vehicles.
Investigate discrepancies and assist in locating specific vehicles.
Communicate professionally with dealership personnel and record audit findings on a mobile device.
