Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Field Auditor for an automotive finance company covering dealerships throughout Orange, CA area. This role blends hands-on fieldwork with administrative auditing and pays $25/hr plus mileage, with a part-time schedule of approximately 15–30 hours per week.

You will travel to assigned dealerships to verify inventory and VIN numbers, review records, and document audit findings using a mobile device.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to spend time walking dealership lots and outdoors.
• Strong attention to inventory and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned automotive dealerships to verify vehicle inventory and VIN numbers.
• Verify inventory against dealership and finance company records.
• Review and authenticate dealer records and supporting documentation.
• Document sold, missing, damaged, or unverified vehicles.
• Record audit findings using a mobile device and communicate with dealership personnel.
