GYMGUYZ is seeking a Mobile Female Exercise Specialist in San Antonio, TX, delivering in-home and on-site workouts for clients who want fitness on their terms. You'll train with our app, design personalized programs, and travel between sessions.

You'll join a nationwide network offering flexible schedules, onboarding and ongoing development, and growth into Master Trainer and leadership roles. Bring energy and a passion for helping people hit goals.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.

What You Bring

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
