Job summary

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver in-home and on-site training across clients’ homes and workplaces. The role offers flexible scheduling and growth opportunities as you build your career with a nationwide mobile training team.

Ideal candidates hold national PT certification, CPR/AED, and are comfortable using Mindbody and Trainerize to track sessions and notes. Expect autonomy, client-focused coaching, and clear paths to leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with national certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Proficient with mobile and web apps to manage sessions and notes.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the app.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and embody DRIVE values.

Female Exercise Specialist

Compensation:

Above-average hourly compensation

• Commission
• Renewal bonus

• Get paid significantly higher for semi-private training:
  1:1 = $27 - $37
  2 = $35 - $47
  3 = $43 - $57
  4 = $50 - $65
