GYMGUYZ is hiring Certified Personal Trainers to bring expert fitness coaching directly to homes, offices, and organizations across the region. Earn $25–$30 per hour with performance bonuses and opportunities for growth, while enjoying a flexible schedule from part-time to full-time.

Join a nationwide team that values determination and integrity, offering paid onboarding, ongoing development, and a clear path to Master Trainer and leadership roles. Travel among client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certified is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Proficient with mobile/web apps (Mindbody, Trainerize) to manage sessions and notes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently and communicate with clients.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion.
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s DRIVE values in every session.
