Job summary

GYMGUYZ Orlando East is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver in-home and on-site training. Earn $30–$45 per hour with a flexible, part-time schedule and the opportunity to train clients in their homes, offices, or other locations.

You’ll design personalized programs, track progress, and stay connected via Mindbody and Trainerize. Join a nationwide fitness network and enjoy onboarding and ongoing development benefits.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Experience using mobile/web apps (Mindbody/Trainerize) to manage sessions and notes.
• Excellent communication, professionalism and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results and celebrate wins.
