Molina Healthcare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide screening, preventive and primary care in home, community, and nursing facility settings. You will perform history and physicals, coordinate care, and develop medical plans with physician oversight as needed.

You will travel regularly (up to 120 miles daily), perform in-person visits and, when appropriate, use telehealth modalities. Strong EMR and communication skills are essential for success in this field-based role.

Qualifikationen

• Active and unrestricted national FNP certification.
• State FNP license must be active and unrestricted.
• DEA license with authority to prescribe per state qualifications.
• BLS certification must be current.
• Ability to travel within service area and maintain documentation.
