Job summary

Golden Valley Health Centers is seeking a Mobile Services NP or PA to bring high-quality primary care into communities in California’s Central Valley. You will travel in a mobile unit, perform exams from pediatrics to geriatrics, order tests, and maintain electronic health records with a patient-centered approach.

Position requires California NP/PA licensure, board certification, DEA, and BLS CPR. This role supports Stanislaus County and Ceres communities with a Monday–Friday schedule and

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program.
Current California NP/PA licensure and board certification.
DEA certification and BLS CPR required.
Experience with electronic health records, Epic preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered primary care in mobile units serving communities.
Obtain histories, perform exams across ages; order/interpret tests.
Perform on-site screenings and point-of-care testing as needed.
Maintain accurate records in the EHR and coordinate care with teams.
Uphold GVHC protocols and participate in quality improvement.
