Job summary

Golden Valley Health Centers is seeking a Mobile Services Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality primary care in community settings. This dynamic role requires autonomy, strong teamwork, and commitment to health equity as you serve underserved populations in California.

The position operates in a mobile medicine unit across Stanislaus County and Ceres Whitmore with a Monday–Friday schedule 10:00am–7:00pm, and includes a generous compensation package with sign-on

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing or PA program.
• Current California RN/NP or PA license.
• DEA certification and board certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile primary care across community sites and mobile unit.
• Obtain histories and perform physical exams for diverse age groups.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests.
• Maintain accurate EHRs and ensure continuity of care.
