Mission Mobile Medical is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary care via a mobile clinic program. You will assess patients, diagnose and treat conditions, and manage chronic diseases while coordinating care with nurses and medical assistants.

This role emphasizes community outreach and leadership in growth initiatives. Experience in family and primary care, along with CA APRN licensure, is important.

Qualifications

• Master’s or DNP with FNP certification and CA APRN licensure.
• Clinical experience in family and primary care.
• EHR experience or familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care and manage acute/chronic conditions.
• Take medical histories, perform exams, and interpret tests.
• Develop and manage treatment plans for chronic diseases.
• Maintain patient records in EHR.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and participate in outreach.
