Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to service a portfolio of institutional facilities across the Scottsdale, AZ area. You’ll perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, travel between sites, and respond to work orders while ensuring safety and high service standards.

The role requires 3+ years in general maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and CMMS proficiency. On-call 24/7 and a strong independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with required trade certifications
• Minimum 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems
• Proficient using CMMS and basic tablet or mobile apps

Responsibilities

• Perform minor plumbing repairs and leak resolution
• Repair electrical systems, replace switches and lighting
• Execute carpentry tasks and painting
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC systems and thermostat issues
• Process work orders in CMMS and meet SLAs
• Conduct routine facilities inspections and preventive maintenance
• Coordinate service routes between facilities
• Maintain company vehicles and ensure safe travel
• Perform snow and ice removal and keep access safe
• Document activities and maintain tools and areas safely
