Job summary

US AMR-Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to service institutional facilities across the Scottsdale area. You will travel between sites performing repairs and preventive maintenance to keep buildings safe, functional, and presentable.

The role requires the ability to handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, with after-hours emergency responsiveness and independent work capability. A clean driving record and trade knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications may be required by client scope or jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record and ability to drive company vehicles in various conditions.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems with HVAC knowledge as required by client scope.
• Proficiency using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency using computerized work order systems (CMMS) and basic tablet or mobile device applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor plumbing repairs including leak resolution, fixture maintenance, and clog clearing.
• Conduct electrical repairs: switches, outlets, fixtures, and lighting maintenance.
• Carpentry tasks: door adjustments, hardware install, patching and painting.
• HVAC troubleshooting: thermostat adjustments, filter changes, basic issues.
• Process and close work orders in CMMS and meet SLAs.
