SSG-Project 180 is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance and operations across multiple locations in the Los Angeles area. The role requires hands-on repairs, site inspections, vendor coordination, furniture moves, and light transport of supplies.

You will respond to urgent facility needs, perform basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC tasks, replace light fixtures, assist with safety compliance, and document work orders.

Qualifications

• Experience with general facility maintenance and repairs preferred (minimum qualifications).
• Basic knowledge of HVAC/A/C systems and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, and repair tasks.
• Comfortable using common hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to create, update, track, and close maintenance tickets.

Responsabilités

• Complete assigned maintenance requests and work orders.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Replace light bulbs, HVAC filters, hardware, fixtures, and related items.
• Perform basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot basic appliance issues and electrical concerns.
• Identify repairs that require a licensed or specialized contractor.
• Load and unload furniture and equipment; assist with moves.
• Transport supplies and equipment between Project 180 locations.
