The role involves setting up equipment, training users, and assisting in system modifications while collaborating with staff and management. Travel is required frequently.

Responsibilities

• Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
• Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
• Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
• Acts as liaison between employees and outside contractors.
• Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
• Train users in the proper use of hardware or software.
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment.
• Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
