Job summary

LGSTX Services, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician to provide hands-on maintenance, repair, and infrastructure support across a district of two to five facilities.

The role travels between sites and serves as the primary technical contact for base building systems. You will diagnose issues, perform or coordinate repairs, maintain CMMS records, and escalate emergencies to protect personnel and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building engineering, or industrial maintenance.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service providers across multiple sites.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC: RTUs, split systems, exhaust equipment; Electrical distribution, lighting, panels; Plumbing; Dock equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• CMMS platforms and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on base building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, dock equipment, and building envelope components.
• Travel between facilities to execute maintenance plans, inspections, and repairs.
• Act as the primary technical owner for facility infrastructure within the district.
• Diagnose equipment deficiencies and coordinate repairs.
• Conduct routine facility rounds and inspections for risks and compliance.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and service vendors, ensuring safety and workmanship.
