Job summary
Enovity in Phoenix is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support facility operations by performing maintenance, repairs and preventive work on building systems and equipment under the contract with our client. The role reports to the Chief Engineer and ensures services align with safety and efficiency standards.
The position requires a High School Diploma, EPA refrigerant certification, and a minimum of three years of relevant experience, with a Tuesday–Saturday shift from 9:30am PT to
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the implementation of the above.
- EPA – refrigerant certification is required.
- Licensed for equipment – responsible per job location.
Responsibilities
- Operation, maintenance, installation, replacement and repair of boilers, heating pumps, valves, and distribution lines.
- Maintain refrigeration systems, condensers, evaporators, and related equipment.
- Perform electrical work and troubleshoot building automation systems for HVAC.
- Service data center HVAC and electrical systems including PDUs, CRAC units and UPS modules.
- Maintain life safety equipment and building systems including water, sewer and trash systems.
