Job summary

Enovity in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support facility operations, performing preventive maintenance, repair and installation across boilers, HVAC and building systems. The role reports to the Chief Engineer and operates under a union contract (Local 39).

Shift: Tue–Sat, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm PT. Pay rate: $72.93 per hour. Benefits and comprehensive coverage are provided as part of the employee package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of five (3) years of experience in the implementation of the above.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boilers, pumps, valves and lines for steam distribution.
• Maintain refrigerant compressors, condensers, evaporators and related air conditioning systems.
• Operate and maintain data center HVAC systems including PDUs, CRACs, UPS and cooling towers.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical motors and engines powering pumps and fans.
• Maintain building automation systems for HVAC and monitoring devices.
• Maintain and repair piping, water filters, waste lines and sanitation equipment.
