Job summary

You will review inspections, manage work orders, and ensure compliance with safety standards while coordinating with teams to keep sites running efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Universal CFC certification and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is expected.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and navigating facilities.
• Willingness to adapt to various maintenance tasks across Trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems to meet standards.
• Review building inspections for HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Estimate time and materials needed for repairs and manage work orders.
• Maintain truck stock and tools for daily operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency repairs.
