T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an energetic Sales Specialist to assist inbound callers with wireless devices and service plans tailored to their needs. You will analyze customer requirements and recommend personalized wireless, voice, and data solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

In this role you will grow sales, participate in ongoing training, and use digital tools to support onboarding. Equal opportunity employer; base pay starts at $19/hour with incentive potential and stock awards.

Qualificações

• 12 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail environment preferred).

Job Overview

Success is measured by achieving sales targets, delivering quality customer experiences, and maintaining high standards in sales processes. The work directly influences customer satisfaction and loyalty through informed and personalized service interactions.

Job Responsibilities

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 12 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Customer Acquisition Sales skills in new customer acquisition, including competitive drive and confidence for success (Required)
• Troubleshooting 12 months multi-tasking and navigating between Windows systems. Troubleshooting and working knowledge of IoT. Computer hardware proficiency. (Required)
• Customer Satisfaction Provide superior customer service, building loyalty and customer satisfaction (Required)

Hourly Base Pay: $19.00Annualized Incentive Target: $18,000

Successful candidate's actual incentive earnings vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile, are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
