Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks an Associate Director of NovoCare Mobile Business Owner to shape the mobile experience across its portfolio. You will define business direction, priorities and KPIs for the NovoCare mobile channel, coordinating brand, CRM and consumer-support content into a coherent experience.

The role requires translating marketing strategy into a compliant mobile experience while partnering with brand teams, medical, legal, regulatory and cross-functional partners to optimize activation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Design or related field.
• Experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing, CRM, brand marketing or related commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Experience Business Ownership: own the business direction, priorities and performance goals.
• Consumer Marketing and Messaging: translate strategies into consumer messaging and experiences.
• Content Strategy and Activation: build and manage the content roadmap across brands, membership, CRM and consumer support.
• Promotional Review Leadership: lead content through medical, promotional and regulatory review processes.
• Cross-Brand Coordination: act as central business partner to brands and consolidate requests.
• Marketing Pull-Through: ensure campaigns connect to the mobile experience and drive next steps for consumers.
• Business KPIs and Performance: define and monitor KPIs for activation, engagement and content interaction.
• Cross-Functional Execution: work with Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Privacy, Analytics and Digital partners.
• Roadmap Prioritization: maintain a clear mobile experience roadmap with transparent prioritization.
