Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking an Associate NovoCare Platform Business Owner to shape and grow the mobile experience as a core consumer engagement channel across the portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Design or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing, CRM, brand marketing or related commercial roles, with meaningful responsibility for digital consumer experiences or channels.
• Strong experience developing consumer-facing promotional messaging and moving content successfully through medical, legal, regulatory and promotional review processes.
• Demonstrated track record translating brand or consumer strategy into digital content, messaging and activation plans that drive measurable engagement.
• Experience managing content and priorities across multiple brands, audiences or stakeholders while maintaining a coherent consumer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the business direction, priorities and performance goals for the NovoCare mobile experience.
• Translate NovoCare and brand strategies into clear consumer messaging and experiences within the mobile channel.
• Build and manage the content roadmap for NovoCare Mobile across brands, membership, CRM and consumer support.
• Lead mobile content and messaging through medical, promotional and regulatory review processes.
• Coordinate cross-brand requests to maintain a coherent NovoCare experience.
