Job summary

Gerdau is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator I to support yard operations in Tennessee. You will operate mobile and magnet cranes to move scrap and ensure it is processed to spec, while loading and unloading trucks and railcars and performing preventive maintenance.

Safety-driven operator with hands-on experience running mobile cranes, magnet cranes, and shears to process and move scrap materials efficiently. I support daily yard operations by loading and unloading trucks and railcars, preparing scrap to spec, and maintaining equipment through inspections and preventive maintenance. Known for strong teamwork, problem-solving, and a commitment to Gerdau’s safety, environmental, and core values.
