Job summary

Kids for the Future is hiring a Mobile Equipment Operator to safely operate a forklift and transport products around the facility. The role offers a base pay range and bonus opportunities within a generous benefits package.

You will move metal and plastic pipe up to 15,000 lbs, navigate tight spaces, complete daily checks, and stack inventory efficiently while maintaining safety standards and housekeeping in the workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment as a forklift operator.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to lift, move and pack loads up to 15,000 lbs.
• Navigate tight spaces without damaging products.
• Complete daily forklift check list and report issues promptly to maintenance or supervisor.
• Drive safely among pedestrians and carry loads.
• Store inventory to facilitate rotation and efficient access.
• Assist with cleanup and general duties as assigned.
