Job summary

Lane Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator to safely operate a forklift and move products around the facility.

You will handle up to 15,000 lb loads, navigate tight spaces, complete daily checks, and report problems promptly to maintenance staff or Supervisor. The role includes a generous benefits package and a bonus plan, with opportunities for advancement and participation in the ESOP.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing forklift role.
• Forklift certification and physical exam.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Knowledge of load physics and center of gravity.
• Warehouse layout knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to lift, move and pack loads up to 15,000 lbs.
• Navigate tight spaces without damaging Lane products.
• Complete daily machine checklist and report issues promptly.
• Drive defensively around pedestrians while carrying loads.
• Store inventory to facilitate rotation.
• Cut and load scrap pipe; clean forklift and work area.
