Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator to operate heavy equipment and mobile plants at rock quarries and pits in the Bellingham area and surrounding regions. You will manage customer relations, deliver high-level service, and help produce quality aggregate materials while maintaining safe operations.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety protocols, operating crushers and wash/ crushing plants, and performing routine maintenance as part of daily site tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience running crushers and screen plants.
• Current CDL is preferred.
• Industrial Crushing plant operation experience an asset.
• Must adhere to all safety protocols and use of PPE on site.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to manufacturer guidelines and meet quality specs.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operation reports and metrics.
• Schedule and perform inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Remove, rebuild, and replace parts; design/fabricate plant components as needed.
• Perform other duties to support site operations.
• Promote safety culture and comply with health, safety and environmental policies.
