Position: Forklift/HILO Operator

Summary

We are seeking dedicated forklift drivers to join our team. Ideal candidates are punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts safely to move products within the warehouse and load trucks.
• Unload trucks and organize inventory.
• Rack and stack products up to 16 feet high.
• Load trucks with empty dunnage.
• Prioritize safety in all tasks.
• Stand for 8-9 hours daily.
• Be available for overtime and weekend shifts.
• Maintain good communication skills.
• Foster positive relationships and take initiative to improve processes.
• Lead by example and demonstrate punctuality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience operating sit-down forklifts is mandatory.
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug screening and background check.
