Job summary

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Cat ET/Service Advisor or Jaltest OHW, plus basic computer skills for maintenance tracking. Must follow safety protocols and wear PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6–10 years related experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge to diagnose and repair diesel and gasoline engine systems.
• Experience with Computer Diagnostics: Cat ET and/or John Deere Service Advisor/EDL or Jaltest OHW.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect workplace daily and report hazards promptly.
• Diagnose and repair diesel/gasoline mobile equipment (loaders, dozers, haul trucks, water trucks, pickups, etc.).
• Perform repairs using hand tools, welding, cutting torch, lifts and hoists per safety standards.
• Conduct pre-trip safety inspections of mobile equipment and document concerns.
• Operate mobile equipment to diagnose and transport units as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and perform other duties as assigned.
