Job summary

Florida Canyon Mining, Inc. seeks a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to lead safe maintenance of all mobile equipment at the Winnemucca area site. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage PMs and breakdown work, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in mining maintenance leadership, strong CMMS experience, and a proven safety leadership track record. Travel and lift requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' leadership experience in mining.
• Five years' experience with mobile equipment maintenance systems.
• Strong safety leadership and communication skills.
• Cross-training willingness in maintenance planning.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment with safety values evident.
• Track maintenance on a fleet of surface mining equipment.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and monitor safety metrics.
• Promote safety and support safety initiatives and goals.
• Provide support to operations as required.
• Ensure PMs, breakdown maintenance, and work orders are completed safely.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily work to maximize availability.
• Follow MSHA and environmental policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance.
• Work with peers across departments and handle other duties as assigned.
