Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the mobile development team; establish internal processes for deploying apps to devices.
• Test and ensure high quality of deployed mobile apps.
• Coordinate with web teams to ensure cross-platform continuity of service.
• Mentor engineers and enforce clean coding practices via code reviews.
• Develop and implement processes to build better mobile software and teams.
• Write high-quality code to support systems when needed.
• Foster an open, collaborative team culture and strong partnerships with City teams.
• Analyze performance, resolve issues, and ensure delivery of high-quality software.
• Help define the SDLC and participate in major project timelines.
