Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is a foundation for the work and job-related experience is acceptable
• Ideal candidate will have at least five years of management experience.
• Experience leading mobile development projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and support the mobile development team and establish internal deployment processes
• Mentor engineers and enforce clean code practices through code reviews
• Collaborate with web-engineering managers to ensure cross-platform continuity
• Develop and implement processes to improve mobile software and team performance
• Maintain production systems and partner with City teams for infrastructure support
• Drive SDLC involvement and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders
