Gallup in Omaha is seeking a Mobile Engineering Manager to lead the development of its mobile apps. This role involves managing a team of engineers while remaining hands-on with the coding and architecture of mobile systems.
The ideal candidate has over 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong mobile engineering expertise and a commitment to on-site work at Gallup’s Omaha office at least three days per week are essential. The position offers a robust benefits package and a salary range of $150,000-$180,000 annually.
Lead and build Gallup’s mobile future while delivering production-grade apps at scale and staying hands‑on in the craft.
As a mobile engineering manager at Gallup, you will lead the team responsible for Gallup’s production‑facing mobile apps, while setting the technical standard for the mobile systems that power them. You will shape architecture, accelerate delivery, drive measurable growth, and partner across product and design to ensure mobile delivers both feature parity and a true mobile‑native advantage.
This is not a pure people‑management role. You will stay close to the code; guide architecture decisions; and raise the bar for engineering excellence across iOS, Android and the backend services mobile depends on.
