Gallup is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team building the next generation of products in San Francisco. This role requires 10+ years of engineering experience, including managing teams and driving innovation from concept to production.

As an engineering manager at Gallup, you’ll lead the engineers responsible for our most forward-looking work, including the experiments, prototypes and net‑new bets that will define the next decade of our business. You’ll guide a team contributing to major launches and platform buildouts across CliftonStrengths®, employee engagement and other research-driven product initiatives, driving innovation from concept to production with clarity and discipline.
You’ll partner closely with product, design, research and fellow engineering leaders to ensure innovation work ships independently, predictably and at high quality, while maintaining alignment with core platform teams.
