Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Mobile Engineer to shape architecture and evolve large-scale native mobile experiences across iOS and Android. You will own the technical vision, define modular architectures, and drive performance and reliability across mobile teams.

The role requires deep expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, Design Systems, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll mentor engineers, define SDLC and CI/CD practices, and collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, and Platform to deliver

Qualifications

5+ years of professional iOS development with production experience on iOS and Android.
Deep expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI and Design Systems.
Proven track record in leading mobile architecture and SDLC processes.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable native iOS applications.
Define and drive the technical vision for modern iOS architecture and reusable components.
Own Design Systems strategy and cross-team UI component evolution.
Collaborate with Product, UX, Android, Backend, QA, and Platform leadership.
Define CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and developer tooling.
Mentor engineers and drive engineering standards across mobile org.
