Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an Engineering Manager – Mobile Development to lead iOS and Android engineering teams. You will own end-to-end mobile delivery, shape roadmaps with product and UX, and drive architecture, security and performance improvements.

Lead across distributed teams, manage hiring and career development, and partner with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable mobile experiences across devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in software development with 5+ years mobile and 3+ in leadership.
• Proficiency in iOS/Swift or Android/Kotlin with working knowledge of the other.
• Experience releasing apps via Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Familiarity with mobile security, CI/CD, and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor iOS and Android engineers across distributed teams.
• Own end-to-end mobile delivery from discovery to production.
• Define roadmaps, priorities, estimates, and release plans.
• Establish mobile architecture, coding standards and patterns.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, code signing, provisioning, and releases.
• Ensure performance, security, and crash-free user experiences.
• Partner with Product, UX, and Platform teams for strategy.
• Drive improvements through incident reviews and postmortems.
