EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager – Mobile Development to lead iOS and Android teams delivering secure, reliable mobile apps and customer-focused experiences.

You will partner with Product, UX, Architecture, QA, Security and Platform teams to drive roadmaps, estimates and release plans. You will oversee architecture, coding standards and CI/CD, while managing capacity, hiring and career development across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of software development, including 5+ years mobile development and 3+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in iOS/Swift or Android/Kotlin; working knowledge of the other platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead iOS, Android and cross-platform mobile engineers.
• Own mobile delivery across discovery, architecture, development, testing and release.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager – Mobile Development to lead iOS and Android engineering teams responsible for delivering secure, reliable and customer-focused mobile applications.
