Fin is seeking a Mobile Engineer to own the iOS and Android experience using React Native and Expo. This role will shape onboarding and daily usage for a global fintech product.

You will work with the founders and engineering team, make foundational architecture decisions, and ship features from idea to production. If you care about delightful consumer apps built on solid infra, this is for you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping mobile apps in React Native with Expo ecosystem; strong product sense and UI/UX focus.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, performance, and edge cases.
• Ability to drive projects from idea to shipped with independent work style.
• Strong communication and collaboration with design, product, and backend teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Fin mobile app across iOS and Android using React Native, from architecture to implementation and polish.
• Design and implement flows for sending, receiving, and managing money that feel simple and trustworthy for everyday users.
• Help design secure account and custody patterns scalable to meaningful balances.
• Collaborate with design and product to prototype, refine, and ship new features quickly.
• Maintain high code quality through architecture, code review, and testing.
• Work with backend and infra engineers to integrate APIs, payments, and security features into the mobile app.
