Job summary

One Day At A Time (ODAAT), a program partner of the Urban Affairs Coalition, seeks a Mobile Assessor for the Encampment Resolution Team in Philadelphia. You will engage homeless persons, assess needs, connect them with housing resources and social services, and coordinate with the outreach team to intake clients at ODAAT or in the field.

The role requires strong field engagement, the ability to document activities, and collaboration with stakeholders to leverage resources.

Qualifications

• Engage homeless persons and assess individual needs.
• Offer services and follow-up to connect to housing and social supports.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeless persons, determine needs, offer services and follow-up.
• Add, collate and account for individuals in the field using social service/case management methods.
• Respond to calls from the Outreach Services leadership and intake clients in the field or at ODAAT.
• Provide and/or assist with supervision of the outreach team and its activity.
