Job summary

One Day At A Time (ODAAT) is seeking an Outreach Mobile Assessor to identify needs, engage encampments, and connect individuals with housing resources and social services. The role supports the Encampment Resolution Team (ERT) and collaborates with stakeholders to leverage resources.

The position is full-time and based in Philadelphia, with oversight from the Director of Outreach Services. The ideal candidate will have a social work background, strong communication skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• 1+ years outreach/community work experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assess social, emotional and economic causes of homelessness and addiction.
• Provide referral and treatment recommendations and support case transfers.
• Maintain a caseload and perform outreach services.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and program policies.
• Coordinate outreach activities and community engagement.
