Qualifications

• Experience working with dual diagnosed clients highly desirable.
• Experience working with homeless individuals and families is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of housing resources, subsidy programs, and entitlements for homeless persons.

Responsibilities

• Conducting field assessments for clients to connect them to services.
• Providing street-based case management and linking clients to support services.
• Ensuring compliance with documentation policies and procedures.

Skills

Bi-lingual Spanish capabilities

Education

Driver’s License (California Class C)
