Garden Springs Healthcare is seeking a Mobile Director of Nursing (RN) to provide executive nursing leadership across its Ohio facilities. You will serve as acting DON during transitions, vacancies, and absences, ensuring clinical excellence and continuity of resident care.

Responsibilities include leading nursing operations, ensuring CMS/ODH compliance, staffing, QAPI initiatives, and mentoring nurse managers. Willingness to travel throughout Ohio and support multiple facilities is essential.

Competenze

• Active Ohio RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
• At least 2 years as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility.
• Extensive knowledge of CMS regulations, Ohio Department of Health requirements, QAPI, infection prevention, and LTC survey process.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day nursing operations at assigned facilities.
• Ensure CMS/ODH compliance and survey readiness across facilities.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor management.
• Lead QAPI initiatives and mentor nurse managers and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with facility admins, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new Directors of Nursing.
• Identify operational opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure outstanding resident care and customer service at each assignment.
