Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group seeks a Mobile Director of Nursing to oversee the nursing department across designated skilled nursing facilities. You will supervise clinical operations, ensure quality care, and uphold regulatory compliance with administrative authority and independent judgment.

The role requires an active RN license, a minimum of two years in DON leadership, willingness to travel, and a commitment to staff development and survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active RN license.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent Director of Nursing experience with strong quality and survey outcomes.
• Knowledge of federal/state regulations and survey practices.
• Must be able to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete supervision and management for the nursing department at assigned facilities.
• Exercise independent judgment and carry out core nursing operations per company and facility policies.
• Support service excellence and staff success through strong leadership and regional/divisional support.
