Saber Health Group seeks a Mobile Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations in skilled nursing facilities. The role oversees the nursing department, exercises independent judgment, and implements core policies, ensuring high-quality resident care.
Travel between facilities, including overnight stays, is required to support operations and regulatory compliance. The position emphasizes strong leadership, collaboration with regional teams, and a commitment to service excellence in elder care
Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license to practice.
- Minimum two years of Director of Nursing experience with strong quality outcomes.
- Knowledge of federal, state regulations and survey practices.
- Must be able to travel, including overnight stays.

- Provide complete supervision and management of the nursing department across assigned facilities.
- Exercise independent judgment and carry out core responsibilities and policies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
- Support and develop nursing staff through strong leadership and regional support.
