Job summary

Saber Community Support and Development Office is seeking a Mobile Director of Nursing for SNF settings in North Carolina. You will supervise the nursing department, exercise independent judgment, and ensure care aligns with company policies and quality standards.

Role requires RN licensure and at least 2 years as Director of Nursing, with travel as needed. Excellent leadership and support structures are highlighted in this opportunity.

Qualifications

Current, unencumbered RN license in the states practiced in.
Minimum 2 years of recent Director of Nursing experience with a history of excellent quality and survey outcomes.
Understanding of federal and state rules, regulations, and survey practices.
Ability to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

Provide complete supervision and management for the nursing department in assigned facilities.
Exercise discretion and independent judgment within the administrative authority and policies.
Oversee operational core responsibilities and ensure compliance with company and facility policies.
