All Fleet Inc. in Appleton, WI is seeking a mobile diesel technician to service semi-trucks and trailers across Green Bay, Oshkosh, and I-41. You’ll diagnose repairs, perform field service in the Fox Valley region, and keep detailed records.

Earn $25–$50/hour with performance-based commission, weekly pay, full benefits, two weeks vacation from day one, and a company service truck to drive home. This role requires reliability and a customer‑first approach while supporting 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with truck/trailer repairs.
• Own tools (not provided).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Capable of passing a drug test, DOT physical, and MVR check.
• Customer-first attitude and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility for 24/7/365 support and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair semi-trucks, trailers, and more
• Service brake systems, electrical, suspensions, lighting, tires, and diagnostics
• Perform field repairs across the metro, including downtown and industrial areas
• Maintain detailed records of parts and services
