All Fleet Inc. is expanding into Madison and is seeking a mobile diesel tech to anchor our service coverage in Wisconsin's capital.

You will diagnose and repair semi-trucks and trailers, supporting emergency and scheduled calls across Dane County and key freight lanes. Join us for competitive pay ($25–$50/hr with performance-based commission), weekly pay, full benefits, two weeks paid vacation, and a company service truck.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with truck/trailer repairs.
• Have your own tools (not provided).
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a drug test, DOT physical, and MVR check.
• Customer-first attitude and professional demeanour.
• Flexibility for 24/7/365 support and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair semi-trucks, trailers, and more
• Service brake systems, electrical, suspensions, lighting, tires, and diagnostics
• Perform field repairs across the metro, including downtown and industrial areas
• Maintain detailed records of parts and services
