All Fleet Inc. is expanding into Fond du Lac, WI to solidify our presence along the I‑41 corridor between Appleton and Milwaukee.

We’re hiring a mobile diesel technician to lead the charge in this growing regional hub and provide consistent field service support for fleet and emergency breakdowns. Earn $25–$50/hr with performance-based commission, paid weekly, and enjoy full benefits plus two weeks of paid vacation from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with truck/trailer repairs.
• Your own tools (not provided).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Capable of passing a drug test, DOT physical, and MVR check.
• Customer‑first attitude and professional demeanour.
• Flexibility for 24/7/365 support and on‑call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair semi-trucks, trailers, and more.
• Service brake systems, electrical, suspensions, lighting, tires, and diagnostics.
• Perform field repairs across the metro, including downtown and industrial areas.
• Maintain detailed records of parts and services.
