Allstate Peterbilt Group is seeking a Mobile Service Technician in Mankato, MN to diagnose and repair trucks both in shop and on-site as needed. You will coordinate with parts to secure components, maintain service vehicle inventory, and document work performed for records and warranty compliance.

The role includes roadside service when required, ongoing manufacturer training, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair in shop settings or on road when required.
• Coordinate with parts department to obtain needed components.
• Maintain accurate inventory on the service vehicle.
• Ensure proper stock levels on the service vehicle.
• Document all work performed and communicate status to management.
• Attend manufacturer trainings and stay updated with technical bulletins.
