Qualifications

• Mobile Service Technician Responsibilities include diagnosing malfunctions, performing repairs in shop or on the road, and communicating with parts department.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose cause of malfunction and perform repair in shop type atmosphere and on occasion, road side situations.
• Accept and seek out training and mentoring to advance career path.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Maintain inventory on service vehicle.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained on service vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle to determine additional service or safety-related work.
• Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Road test vehicles when required.
• Participate in manufacturer trainings and events.
• Follow service policies for safety and profitability.
