Job summary

National Fleet Management is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician to diagnose and repair heavy‑duty trucks on‑site at customer locations within a 50–60 mile radius of home. You’ll operate a company service truck, perform repairs and preventive maintenance, and document work for fleets across the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Diesel technician experience (mobile experience is a plus).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on heavy-duty trucks
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Repair engines, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, air, hydraulic, and fuel systems
• Accurately document repairs and completed work
• Maintain parts inventory and organization of your service truck
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service at every job
